Exactly what I wanted! Works great

Pros: My sister had been looking for one of these with the key design feature this has: a flat bottom. This enables the user to whisk at the bottom of a sauce pan. The ball shaped wire whisk cannot do this - those are better for bowls.Cons: None.

Nice little kitchen gadget for a fluffy omelet. Beating an egg for a quick omelet has become easier. It does make a difference.

Good just wish handle a little longer.

This simple whisk works well. It allows you to whisk your food easily. That's what it's supposed to do, and it does it well.

The vertical action avoids the potential for spilling. It breaks up the egg white and foams up the eggs nicely. Wouldn't be without one!

First I must say this is a nice spring whisk. I searched and this was the one with the longest handle but that being said I wished it had a covered handle which would be much easier to grip. I just haven't been able to locate one. This is a light duty whisk,not for heavier sauces , gravies or thick puddings. Great for eggs! I was looking to replace my ekco spring type whisk . It fell a bit short of what I was looking for. It will still be useful and the price was reasonable

I've used one of these for 40 years. It's the quickest egg beater you can find.
