I bought this to use in the last month of pregnancy. It has a earthy green leafy taste compared to the ones you can buy in the local stores. I like mixing this with another type of tea like chamomile and cinnamon. Definitely a good price.

This is a nice raspberry leaf tea. It looks fresh and tastes good. The loose tea leaves are cut and chopped but not difficult to brew with a regular fine mesh infuser. The tea is known for its therapeutic benefits including antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It may also be helpful for PMS symptoms.The tea is easy to brew. I infuse a teaspoon full in a cup of near boiling water for about 10 minutes. It has a nice taste similar to that of a black tea, with a subtle hint of a tangy and tart flavor to it. It is pleasant and enjoyable. Unlike a black tea, it has no caffeine, so it can be enjoyed anytime of the day.This comes in a resealable Kraft bag. The quality seems good and the aroma is nice. Mine has a best before date of 20 months from now. It is a sourced from Bulgaria. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with it. Good flavor and fresh. It is worth giving it a try. A good herbal tea.

This is a great value for very beautiful raspberry leaf. I've used it over the years for over all calmness, relaxation, leg cramps, and heart palpitations in new or social situations that make me nervous. I add the fluffy herb, about a teaspoon to my blend of other things, catnip, chamomile, mint, and if it early in the day I put all of this in with my yerba mate or jaogulong.It's great for women who are trying to get pregnant and also helpful for cramps and menstrual issues, but the nutrition value for stages of pregnancy have been recommended. I used it years ago during pregnancy and it was soothing.I usually pick up this leaf at the health food store or the herb store downtown, this is very nice quality when compared to my usual trusted sources. It smells great and it's a generous amount for a good price.5 stars
