I bought several in this series for my wife. One had two pieces missing. Contacted the company, not expecting much. They sent a brand new puzzle! Great customer support, and a welcome relief after a bad experience with Buffalo (who couldn't be bothered to answer several emails about missing pieces in three if their puzzles).

Fantastic puzzle, but it's missing pieces. Extremely disappointed!!

Very nice puzzles. However as we completed the body we were missing 2 pieces. The box was shrink wrapped and the puzzle build within 24 -48 hours of unwrapping.
