This waist trainer is well made and provides great support without feeling uncomfortable. It fits snugly and stays in place during workouts and everyday wear. This waist trainer is great quality and easy to do by yourself. I am 5’ 4” and got a large and it fits perfectly on my torso. The extra bands really help in giving that hourglass shape. I wear mine while working and it has great back support and very comfortable to wear almost to the point of forgetting I have it on. I have worn it consistently for about two weeks now and I have already noticed a difference. I have tried a lot of waist trainers and this one is definitely worth the money.

Perfect, true to size fit, comfortable. Exactly what I wanted. Fast delivery. Works great so far, easy to put on without help. Great quality and doesn't roll down or up. And definitely cheaper than others I've gotten but a lot better structure.

True to size!! 5’2” 216lbs I wear an XL shirt and ordered an XL band. This thing is TIGHT. I understand it’s supposed to be, IT SNATCHED ME UP. Ordered last night and got here this morning. Day 1 of training. It’s not uncomfortable, but the compression is there for sure. I’m wearing it to the office today so we shall see how it goes. My back feels STRAIGHTENED. The Velcro is CRAZY (sharp as well be careful). The stretch is amazing. Quality is there for sure!

This thing isamazing! Can't recommend it enough! Comfortable, super supportive, you can do it as tight or as loose as you want with the multiple straps AND it makes your shape look great. This was definitely worth the money for me. I just wish I had heard about it and purchased it to use immediately post partum and not 2 years later! Looking forward to having it for my next child.

Comfortable yet snug to hold you in. Size is good since it’s adjustable to fit. Stays in place with little to no rolling. Great product.

I looooove this product. Been using it for about 6 months now and it’s been a game changer in how my waist feels, it fits so well. It’s helped my back posture too and because of how tight it is, I barely eat and it’s made me loose some weight too.

Very nice, might have needed a size smaller because the lower band seems a bit too loose too soon. Not sure how people workout in it though. Maybe when on the stairmaster or treadmill but certainly not while lifting or doing other cardio.

This works very well and is made well. The Velcro straps are nice an wide and hold firmly in place. A little tricky to get on as the straps stick to together even with slightest touch to each other or other clothing
