These work for leg cramps and they also work for sleep with absolutely positively no hangover the next day -and they work quickly to get you to sleep. If however, you had to get back up you could and it would just wear off shortly. There is not a long period of time after taking when you will get tired either, which is great. I use them for sleep as much as I use them for leg cramps.

These are the only thing that helps my night time leg cramps.

Works for me . I carry a bottle in my purse and keep a bottle by my bed.

When i first used these they helped tremendously with night leg cramps. After using 2 nightly for 3 months they seem to not be working as well. They still do a great job of putting me to sleep but not staying asleep which is fine. Leg cramps are back too. I think they would work better if I didnt use them daily.
