Good product for stopping leaks. Takes a while to dry but when it does excellent.

Leaky shower cubicle, water was coming through the ceiling. Removed the old sealant and applied new sealant, but still the pesky leak. So gave this stuff a go. Sprayed it all around the sealant areas, about 4 or 5 coats leaving 20 mins between coats. It's got a strong aroma, but it went after a couple of days. Been over a month now with daily use and not a single hint of a leak. Dry as a bone. So I'm delighted with the product. Did the trick for me!

Does exactly what it says on the tin, very easy to use and very effective. Great product

Did quite a good job on a shed roof. I used it outside and inside on the joints. Some leakage later, but only in one place, so I'll just use silicone sealant to fix it.

Completely useless. Spent all day putting several coats on the leak. First time it rained, still leaking. This did nothing. Do not buy.

Update-it has been raining all day and I mean pouring rain. There is no leakage from my window. No rain rolling down my wall🙌🏾 this stuff is the truth. I highly recommend. //This was so easy to use. I have a window that's not easy to reach. This spray reached where I needed it to reach. I put on 3 coats, let it dry 15 minutes in-between coats. Great value. It does have a slight smell but it goes away.

My roof has a small leak i can't see but the plywood sagged so this sealed the area above the sagging plywood until it Is time to reshingle it.
