Best garlic olive oil! I use this to make salad dressing. Equal amounts of Garlic Gold EVOO and fresh squeezed lemon juice. Add black pepper to your liking and stir quickly or shake. My favorite dressing! I also use this in just about everything from stir fry, curry, potatoes, eggs, pork chops, the list is endless. It replaces standard EVOO in my house.

Being low FODMAP this is an excellent way to add a garlic flavor without actually eating garlic. It smells very garlicy when cooking with the oil. I got very excited about the smell when cooking. I love garlic but unfortunately it doesn't love my gut, this is a great alternative. I recommend.

If you have to be on a low FODMAP diet for a while, this product is amazing! You can still have garlic flavor without having garlic. Garlic is high FODMAP, & off limits, but this product is low FODMAP. It’s strongly flavored so a little goes a long way, making it worth every penny, & it’s $7 less than the FODY brand. Using this product, I can make salsa, Asian inspired dishes… anything that’s no good without garlic!

This garlic infused olive oil is a great alternative for recipes with garlic. Very flavorful, no weird smell, texture is just like regular olive oil. I appreciate that it’s infused and without chunks of garlic in the bottle. The only improvements would be an easy pour spout instead of a normal twist off top because it does take some patience to get the right amount without overdoing it and for it to be a little cheaper.

This has become a staple for cooking. I can eat garlic but my bf can't and I have actually come to prefer the taste of this oil in dishes. Tried to buy some garlic oils that were a few dollars cheaper but it does not compare at all. The difference is significant. This is potent to where you just need a little drizzle and the bottle lasts 2-3 months. I add it in at the end of cooking.

I’m unfortunately not able to eat garlic or onions because I’m on a low-FODMAP diet and my GI doctor recommended this brand. No garlic pieces makes it safe for those of us who can’t have fructans and it adds delicious garlic flavor to cooking. Safe and reliable, unlike some brands that have tiny pieces of garlic inside. This has saved me from a life with no flavor and truly makes it hard to tell I didn’t use real garlic. I wish it wasn’t so expensive for so little oil, but it’s high quality, great garlic flavor and never upsets my stomach so….

I love this garlic oil. It gives me the garlic flavor that I miss.
