I’m a ups driver in SC, and the summers here are extremely hot and humid. Makes not having AC in those trucks even more difficult. This stuff has helped me from getting heat related illness since I started drinking it. I suggest it to everyone at my job. Lemon is really good. Had to order grape while it was out and it must’ve been old or something bc it made the water look brown. Order lemon in bulk just in case lol

Awful new formula
I had used this product for a few years and loved it (and wrote a glowing review for Amazon). But then they changed the formula - and I hate it now. The taste is awful and sickingly sweet, and when you add the powder to water, a thick foam is created that takes forever to dissolve. I am going back to the Trace brand.

Cramping legs
My husband swears by this product. He gets leg cramps and he will take this and with in minutes the cramp is gone. He has shared this product with a few of our friends and they like it also.

New formula is awful tasting
New formula in skinny packets is God awful taste. I've used this brand for years and my last order the packaging changed from flat square to cylinder tube and the taste changed too, it foams and I can barely choke it down. I need to find another brand now
