These dog boots are excellent. We live in a heavy snow area (Barrie, ON) and these hold up great to snow, slush and general gross wet cold winter sidewalks. The double straps are great for keeping the boots on - I have not had one fall off yet. The double straps work so well be sure to not tighten them too much - made this mistake the first day of using them. The front of the boots are wide which is great for medium/large dogs. The bottoms also give good traction as my pups is able to go up and down on snowy hills. Overall a great purchase and you can't beat the price. Do follow the instructions on how to measure your pups paws - don't try to purchase these based on weight (for reference my dogs paws are 2.5 x 4 inches and I ordered a size 7).

I got size 6 for my Australian shepherd MIX. She is about 45 pounds and has kind of big paws for her size. I did measure and they fit great. These boots stay on really well with 2 straps and kept her paws dry in the snow. My dog has worn boots before so she adjusted pretty quick. These ones have thicker soles than previous boots. My dog decided to chew one up at night, so don’t leave them out if your dog has a potential to chew random things, lol. I am getting another boot, thanks to the seller!

I got these when I took my dog out on vacation to a snowy area, and noticed he would get uncomfortable walking through the snow after a few minutes (would stop walking and try to hold up his paws). For reference, my dog is about 50 pounds (which is what I'd call a medium dog, matching the title of this item). Luckily, my dog didn't give me any trouble about getting these things on. But that's where my luck ends. I COULD NOT get these things to stay on his front paws. They stayed on his rear paws pretty well from what I could tell, but he'd lose one of the front shoes after only a few minutes, and then the second front shoe a few minutes later. This was after repeated attempts at tightening them and making sure they were completely on. Also, while the shoes did noticeably help him walk more comfortably on the snow for the short time they stayed on, I noticed when taking them off that the snow seems to work its way inside the shoe from the opening. So I'm really not sure how well these would work for longer trips through the snow, even if they did stay on.

I have an older dog that is ill. I got these to help her mobility for her remaining time with us. She has been more active since she isn't slipping and struggling to get up. The size chart is accurate. The shoes stay on (but she doesnt try to grab them), though after some time they do need to be adjusted. Easy to clean as well.

These are nice, heavy duty shoes for dogs. The soles of these shoes are thick and have a grippy pattern in the rubber. The shoes are comfortable to secure at the top of your dog’s foot as well. These shoes come with instructions on the proper way to introduce your dog to shoes (if you’re new to dog shoes…or if your dog is!) and the instructions are clear, easy to follow, and sensitive to your dog’s experience, which is refreshing.
