Leg straps too large
The leg straps are too large for a quarter horse and cannot be adjusted small enough to fit. Not usable

This item was so dysfunctional, I had one worker being paid to stand around because I had to try and make this thing work!!! You should reduce price of item and refund some money to me. Will never buy again.
