Q: What are the ingredients for this? I can't find them even on their website, so how would I know if this is really nontoxic and safe?

The product has a long list of ingredients, and has a "Caution" message saying the following: Keep out of reach of children, contains alkaline detergents, may cause eye irritation, safe if used as directed, do not drink.

Q: Can it be used on aluminum?

I don’t see why not. Of course it depends on what the is made of the aluminum you are referring to. If it’s a grill then I see no problem, however, if it is something else then you might want to be careful.

Q: Will this work on griddles? weber instructions say not to use soap and water on the weber griddle after it is seasoned. how do i clean the griddle?

it will work, but i recommend dawn power wash spray, it is much stronger and cheaper. save your weber grate spray cleaner.
