Q: Can u use on Eyeglasses?

Not at all. This blocks LED lights not UV light. So just for electronics.

Q: Will remote still work turning TV off/on with these on?

These are meant to be used to cover LEDs which are visible to human eyes - red, green, blue, white etc. The purpose of these stickers os to reduce the amount of light seen by the human eye. The remote uses infra-red LEDs to communicate with the TV - those LEDs should not be covered with these stickers. Infra-red LEDs are not visible to the human eye. Hope this helps
