Very Strong Smoke!
Probably pretty healthy for you. Flavor is fine but this stuf is extremely smokey and the smoke burns your eyes! I'm going to use it up but most likely won't buy it again.

Advertised as good for high temp cooking
Fried the samosas from a local Saagar (indian) grocer. They were good (and are highly flavored). The hot oil bubbles into a froth quite easily when any foreign body is inserted. The oil is light and not overpoweringSauteed some beef in a tablespoon or two. Tastes quite fishy, which I think is from the MCT oil. Cooking in a carbon steel wok.

Packaged in plastic!
A very healthy oil, but unfortunately, packaged in plastic bottles!

Fire hazard
The has great nutritional value but the concern for me is the potential for a kitchen fire because the oil foams up so much whenever you place anything in the oil to cook, the potential for overflow is a serious, I will not be purchasing this ever again

Smoked like crazy and frothy
This oil is weird. It smokes like crazy well before the 410 smoke point it advertises. Also gets frothy and nothing gets crispy in it.

My take
The media could not be loaded. ย I think the addition of chia makes the oil unstable..that's the contamination when heating
