UPDATE: Every time I use this printer to print a label and send my glass off to all corners of the world, I actually announce to the universe (and my husband at his desk across the office) I LOVE THIS PRINTER!!!I feel like a professional now when I ship our vintage glass. Super easy to set up. Super easy to use. I didn't like the plastic thing that is supposed to hold the labels so I just discarded it. But it works great with my MacBook Pro.

It was really easy to set up on my Mac. The help videos on their website explain step by step how to get it up and running. I was able to print out my first label right away and it looks perfect. I like how its conveniently small, I was able to place it on my small desk. Absolutely worth every dime.

Don’t bother. Right from the start, everything about this is sketchy. It doesn’t work and the customer service isn’t much help.

The printer is easy to set up. The instructions that come in the box provide a link to tutorial videos which walk you through the setup process for multiple OS. The print quality is extremely high. Prints quickly. Can handle multiple labels in a single printing.It also comes with an easy to assemble holder for labels.

Worked as expected. It is fast and prints clearly. I use it for my UPS shipping labels. I had to contact the seller in the beginning and they were very helpful. I loaded the machine with some old UPS labels and the print quality was poor. They advised using new labels (who knew?). When the UPS labels arrived, I loaded them and they printed great.

Quite a great product for anyone who must print/ship alottttt. 2 things. After a while sometimes there is dust build up on the thermal print that may alter final label image. Easy to rub off but would be better if completely avoided. Usbc adapter also always had to be plugged in and unplugged a couple times before actual printer worked. When I stoped using the adapter and connect directly however, everything was smooth. Good product!

I have been looking at label printers for a couple months now. I finally decided to purchase this one. This is making shipping products much easier because I don’t have to run to our home printer to print labels it all set up in my office. Saving me lots of time and money on ink.

As a new reseller, I was nervous about getting a thermal printer but felt like it would streamline my processes. And it did! The instructions are very simple to follow. I have not had any problems with the printer at all. Highly recommend!
