I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2016. Since my early twenties, I have noticed the symptoms a lot more - excessive & dark facial hair, sugar cravings, mood swings, missed cycles etc. I joined a couple of PCOS Support Facebook groups and lots of members recommended taking myo- inositol to help with this. I tried the powdered FreakAthletics myo- inositol too, which worked, but I find the capsules a lot easier (and less messier) to swallow! Another tip for the ladies with PCOS - I also take spearmint (1000mg) capsules to help with the hair growth - it does work!

Although these capsules are large they are really easy to swallow and have no real after taste ( and I'm not very good at taking tablets) when I initially too this brand of inositol, I notice that after a few weeks there was a reduction in facial hair growth ( side effect of polycystic ovaries). However, to my knowledge the ratio has now changed so I've switched to a brand that had the original ratio.

I suffer from endometriosis. I started this to boost my ovulation. Not sure I do ovulate anymore or if I am since I started this product as I couldn't test strip yet. However, this product has made me regain energy and focus in no time! I don't feel exhausted when I wake up in the morning anymore. I get things done quickly even when it's overwhelmingly a huge task to complete in very little time. I read it's a nootropic so I would highly recommend anyone going through fatigue and such to try this product! What else? I seem to think it's boosting my immunity system. Each time I travelled to a desertic country, having to use AC, and breathing the sandy air everyday, I would end up with sinusitis, cough, bad throat, this time I have none of these!

I purchased this product for the first time in March 2023. I soon noticed the benefits - reduced sugar cravings, less fatigue, regulated my menstrual cycle - for the first time in 20 years! Recently purchased another similar, more expensive, product (as these were out of stock) resulting in the return of sugar cravings and a missed period. Big mistake! Fount them very helpful to fight my PCOS symptoms. As i am pre diabetic i have been prescribed medicine by GP,but had many side effects which inositol doesn't have. They're easy to swallow, don't have any specific flavour. The only thing i could wish to improve that lower quantity for the dose from 3 to 2 per day keeping the same ratio. But i couldn't found anything better on the market to be same quality,ratio and good price for the value so can't complain for it.

I suffer from PCOS and get really bad food cravings, especially for sugary foods and carbs. I've been taking these for just over a month and feel like these have almost completely gone away! I used to feel like I was constantly hungry and thinking about my next meal but that seems to be a thing of the past. I haven't noticed any other effects yet but I'm sure with a normal appetite I will naturally lose some weight. I'm going to try switching to the powder now as you seem to get more for your money with this and I want to start taking it morning and night. I found online that 2000 -4000 mg is the suggested dose and although I've been fine on 2000 I'm interested to see if I get better energy levels etc taking 2000 morning and again in the evening! I take this because it does not contain any other vitamins, so I can take my old, well-proven multivitamin in addition to taking it, but this dose is weak, I struggle with PCOS, I should have taken at least 4000mg of inositol, but I can't find it anywhere in a package that contains nothing but inositol. It's not bad, but the dose could be higher because I'm not going to get much out of it.
