Great addition to any duel axle camper.
I really like these. They work great on our camper and help reduce the movement when walking around in the trailer. They are very easy to use and definitely notice the difference when I don’t have them on the trailer. I really like the case so I can pack them away easy when ready to hit the road.

Worth the money
Nice that this has a carrying case and the socket for a drill! Makes install quick and easy. Definitely stops any slight rocking front to back when walking inside the camper. Love the quality of this product.

Quick, easy, effective!
These are worth the money. They are super quick and easy to install with a drill/impact. I was curious about just how much movement they might prevent, so before installation I went in the trailer and shifted my weight back and forth really hard (200lbs). The trailer rocked forward and backward a good bit. After installation, I did the same thing and the movement was gone. Also, the case is quite handy. There are small cable locks included but I prefer something stronger to prevent theft. Maybe I'm paranoid, but if we're out for the day, someone could walk up with a battery impact and have both xchocks off in about 20 seconds or less. I use about 2ft of small chain around the spring hanger and thru each xchock, locked with a pad lock. If someone takes them, they will have to spend a little more time.

Easy installation
Easy to install on our dual axle camper. Helps with the camper bouncing while inside. Case is slim and fits easy in the storage compartment. Comes with nut driver for a screw gun and works great.

Works great if it will fit between your wheels.
When I got my camper the tires were wore about half and these Maxchocks really stabilized the the camper more than anything else that I tried. When I bought new tires of the same sizes the Maxchocks would no longer fit between the wheels. The black plastic piece is to thick to fit between the wheels which is a shame because I really like the item especially with the adjustment being on the front instead of the top.

We purchased the Maxchock X-Shaped RV Stabilizer Wheel Chock about 1 year ago . The kit included two X chocks , two cable locks, manual crack , bit for an impact gun or drill , and a very nice hard fitted case to keep it all in . I am very impressed with the build quality of these chock as it is all metal and well assembled . The two main things that set these chocks apart from other options on the market was; 1. The grease Nipple for keeping your transfer screw assembly greased . 2. The orientation and location of the drive being perfect for using an impact gun or drill . We have really noticed our travel trailer is a lot more stable with these attached . It really cuts down on the felt movement and helps your stabilizer jacks out a lot . One thing we have noted is do not have these installed when lower or raising your trailer at the tong jack ! Wait till you have levelled it off then install these . If your running a impact gun or drill to tight they don’t get to carried away on the amount of toque you put on them as there is some potential if severely over tight you could damage your tired or axels . Installing each side only take about a minute per with a drill or impact . I woud recommend these jacks to anyone who has a travel trailer or rv with two or more axels , very impressed . Worth the extra money for the max chocks compared to other options !

I use them to add an extra layer of safety on my 35ft travel trailer in my 15 degree angled driveway. They definitly remove the front and back motion, so its also a good product for everyday use if your RV move a lot when you walk in it. I highly recommend you plan to use a drill with those, as they take many many many turns to get the thing to open or close. I couldn't find the measurements for the XL version, but the regular version fits well on my RV (my wheels are probably spaced by 8 inches).

Good, XL works for wide stance axles. Makes trailer solid, it had so much forward and back motion if someone walked while another was in bed. Now it's rocks solid. It's also well built and solid. I'd prefer if the gear box was a bit less reduction, I use a drill to run it and it still takes over 30 seconds it feels to run it all the way out, get tired holding it that long waiting. Would really suck if cranking by hand, would take forever. I removed 1 star because its a difference socket size than the trailer Jack's. All manual trailer Jacks are a standard size socket (eg can get standard adapter for drill) but this is smaller. Makes it super not handy, now i have to carry a specific separately adapter for this (and try not to loose it since it can't just live in the trailer drill chuck) They really need to consider a build in adapter or something so its the same size as manual jack socket/tool. So close yet a notable design miss. Even if you don't have a drill, it does come with a specific crank tool but being that its different size from manual jacks its another thing to carry AND not loose.

These installed in a snap. I use a drill to tension them as it is much faster. they include the socket which is a nice perk. No issues at all with these. Seem very well made. Highly recommended by me.
