One of the best purchases.. Extremely good quality, feature rich and user friendly. I really liked the touch panel which makes both temperature selection and timer selection extremely easy. Easy to use, and has all the functionality that you would look for. The presets make selection a handy option. And it looks amazing in my kitchen counter. Worth every rupee spent. Go for it!

I am writing this review out of extreme disappointment with both the product quality and the subsequent customer support. For the first two weeks, the air fryer performed well and I was satisfied. However, after only 14 days of light, regular use, the unit completely stopped turning on. The display is dead, and the unit is entirely unusable. I immediately contacted Customer Support to initiate a warranty claim. They registered my complaint but failed to provide any complaint or reference number. They promised a dedicated support team would reach out to me within 48 hours. It has now been significantly longer than the promised time frame, and despite sending multiple follow-up messages, I have received zero response or update from their team. They have completely gone silent. The combination of a product failing in just two weeks and the company's subsequent failure to honor their own support promise—and not even providing a reference number—is unacceptable. I strongly advise against purchasing this air fryer or dealing with this company. I am left with an expensive, broken appliance. Dont waste your money on this product!

Work good. Value for money. Taste wise don't expect like oil fried food.
