Dolores Claiborne By Stephen King

A leitura flui a ponto de vc conseguir ler em um dia se for feriado ou fds. Adorei o livro! Foi meu primeiro do Stephen King e foi uma boa escolha para começar. Quanto ao produto em si, conforme as fotos q postei, é uma edição econômica, com aquelas folhas tipo jornal, capa mais frágil etc... Acho q vale a pena mesmo assim, é só ter um pouco mais de cuidado.

excellent read. A little different from the movie but very good in it's own way. It is almost as if Dolores is speaking directly to you.

A complete package of horror combined with fear, loss and grief. It's Stephen King at best of his story-telling ability! 👌 I don't want to get into the details of the plot or storyline since there are lot of reviews on goodreads and also on bookstagram. . . . Pet Sematary is pure terror, all that you expect from a novel that gets to your skin, give you chills, and makes you literally scared!!☠ Yes, scared by reading..I don't usually get scared by reading novels or watching horror movies but this is one did it. (Also, Susan Hill's The woman in black but both are on a different level) . . Apart from the horror aspect in the novel, it also deals with the subject of fear, loss and grief in humans. The fear of losing someone close to you and you aren't able to do anything about it, that's terrifying to me. Ghosts or Paranormal activities don't scare me, losing someone does. That's what SK touches and turns us to feel the same as the protagonist, Louis Creed feels in the novel. . . The character development of Louis Creed throughout the novel is great, unexpected. Things he did to make everything alright, no matter how awful the path he had to choose alone, is truly touching. And that amazing ending, didn't see that coming. King is not that good with endings, but this time he nailed it!

Took me 2 days to read this book that doesn't have any chapters. I just couldn't stop. Easily in top 5 of all King's book I've read and that's quite the pile! Delivered fast without problem and just as described! Read it
