I was able to use in my Audi MMI 2G high system without any issues. Now I’ve been using it for more than two years. It can even display the song which is being played, and I can skip this song using car’s built-in controls.

Finally find what is working for 2008 Audi q7

I purchased the adapter for my 2008 Audi. Initially, I was satisfied with the product even though it failed to display the title of the song I was playing or the other songs in the playlist. After a little less than two months of daily use, it would no longer connect to my phone, and my car would display the message: “Your device may not be connected or operating properly”. Based on my experience, I would advise you to find another adapter.

Works well as promised with 2008 Audi Q7 and you can still sync with phone bluetooth as well
