Of course! I don't wear mascara at all.. So I buy an eyelash perm. This one works very well and gently despite the cheap price. Recommend!

Yes pads can be replaced with wet and wild refills. This little cushion seems pretty durable. Iv had for 3 months and it has not tore yet

really, bad quality. It would not curl my eyelashes. I kept trying and it’s just a really bad curler. ones on Shien have curled my eyelashes amazingly than this. super disappointed. I would not personally, recommend.

Pinches!!

This eyelash curler does the job and is a good price for what the product offers. However, it pinches like crazy! You have to be very careful, and the curl really doesn't last long. I wouldn't recommend this to a friend but it's not bad, just not good. It has a very nice colour though.
