A great product. Could use some tightness in the box so it doesn’t try to pull open.

Easy to install and dispense well. Need them in all public bathrooms.

The slot for bags to come out is too loose, and bags can fall back in. A gasget on the slot would help. Or, the instruction label on the outside could be shipped detached to allow for right side up or upside down mounting. Or a larger section of the bag slot to allow the user to insert a finger in the dispenser to retrieve the bag edge. I'm probably going to cut that hole, or install some kind of foam inside the dispenser to solve the problem. Its workable, not worth sending back, and far better than $1600 worth of plumbing bills at my business, just this year, for sanitary product back-ups.
