Amazing Customer Service and Beautiful Ring
This company is amazing! The first ring I received in a very timely manner was absolutely beautiful. Everything was perfect, the fit, the vibrant color of the stones, the real gold, except one thing. The engraving was wrong. I was so disappointed. I reached out to the company through Amazon and was shocked at how quickly they replied which was in a matter of hours. They apologized and offered to pay for shipping to send the ring back and agreed to make a whole new ring, and they did. The second one arrived within a week and it too was beautiful and the engraving was correct, but the ring which was for my grandma was too small, the first one fit perfectly. I wrote them again and again they answered right away and offered to make a third ring whichever size we needed. It ended up we needed a 10 and a half, they're largest size is a 10. They were so kind as to make a new ring and size it up to the 10 and a half. The third ring arrived even quicker and it was perfect! This company went above and beyond to make things right for me 3 times. They were very quick and kind when they responded offering to do whatever it took to make things right. I have never dealt with a company so willing to bend over backwards to make me, the customer happy. They made sure the gold stamp of 10kt was on the ring and it turned out to be a gorgeous ring, well worth the wait. They also paid for all shipping back and forth. I highly recommend this company as their quality and customer service are top notch, among the very best and I will definitely buy from them again in the future. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Love this ring. It’s just beautiful, gold with 7 stones. I have fat fingers and this looks so nice. It’s not too delicate. Definitely worth the price.
