I use it on my 130mm EDT refractor, which it fits perfectly. I have a smaller version on my guide scope as well. I like having 3 different heat settings with the built-in controller. I have a lot of SVBony astronomy accessories and scopes and all are of high quality.

Works well when wrapped around the end of my Celestron Nexstar 8SE telescope. It's a bit shorter (circumference of heater = 56cm vs 64cm for the 8SE) but it works fine as heat slowly diffuses over the front ring and through thick corrector plate. It might not work in Siberia, but it works just fine around here (SoCal). Has three heat settings, on high it pulls 1.8A max so a simple 2A power supply is plenty. I use the Kiss TMEZON 12 Volt 2A Power Adapter Supply AC 110V (here on Amazon) so nothing will go dead on a chilly night. It also works fine from the Celestron power tank, which also has a 12V outlet.

Does a good job of keeping dew off the lense. My only complaint is that it does not come with its own power connector.

SVBONY, is lesser known gear brand in the Astronomy industry. They are also less expensive than the major brands, however, SVBONY, markets a good product and the DEW Heater is no exception. Well made, works flawlessly and is priced to provide a great value. Highly recommended.

Cumplen muy bien su función, la calidad de los materiales se siente excelente. Los he usado con fuente de poder de 12 volts y su propio controlador de nivel de temperatura va muy bien… últimamente los conecto directo a la ASIAIR sin su control de nivel de temperatura, el cual ahora controlo directamente en la ASIAIR, los recomiendo ampliamente!!

Banda de excelente calidad. La conexión a 12V permite alimentarlo con un powertank típico (Celestron, Orion o cualquier otro), así como conectarlo a distribuidores de corriente que se suelen montar en el telescopio para el cable-managment. El control tiene 3 niveles de calentamiento, cada nivel se ilumina con su propio led, así se puede checar en qué nivel está con solo un vistazo. La fijación con velcro muy práctica también.
