Good but not great
Many reviews, including mine, will point out that these pads do not include a bleed block, despite the fact that the description and picture indicates that one is included. This complaint dates back a significant amount of time, so not sure why Amazon doesn't fix this inaccuracy.Regarding brake performance, the organic version is okay in dry weather, but once it gets wet, get ready for a lot of noise from contamination and the brake pads rubbing the rotor. Yes, that's to be expected from brake pads in general, but these seem to break down much worse than the average pad.Make sure you use the pull downs to order the exact type you want.

these work very well on my cross bike in pretty tough winter conditions. Did not include a spreader (so be sure you have that)
