Yes, and you will need to wash it to remove the awful petroleum smell after opening. I handwashed it in the sink with 2tbs. Tide and 1/4 cup of ammonia for a couple of minutes and then rinsed well. It significantly reduced the smell to a tolerable level. Good thing because the brace works very well, better without the bad smell too!

Q: How well does it work for sciatic pain ?

I've been having extreme difficulty playing tennis due an issue with sciatic pain. Using this hip brace/wrap, along with ice & heat therapy, I can again play at or near my previous level (4.0)@70yo! Yes, and speed on court has been one of my significant advantages. Likely a contributor of my sciatica, :-(. I use the wrap by itself, but also slide an ice pack on my hip which the wrap holds perfectly in place. I noticed some mention a difficulty putting the wrap on. I've found that if I put the wrap around my thigh first then around my waist makes it much easier to put on. Just need some adjustment afterwards.
