Do we need to put together or it comes built? Is there a cover for it since it is an outside ofuro?

The tub shell itself comes all assembled, you would still have to mount the side shelf to the tub and connect the heating/plumbing system to the tub. It does come with full installation instruction and we also have an engineer available to assist you if needed. There is an insulated cover as well that is included in this listing.
