Purchased these resistance cords to do my physical therapy for shoulder rehab. They're the same style as my physical therapist's office. I'd heard of Crossover Symmetry, but it's out of my budget, so I was pleased to try this cheaper alternative. The carabiner hook has proven sturdy. I've had it hooked onto my weight rack with no stability issues. It's super convenient for at-home stretches. I started with 7 pounds and upgraded to 12 pounds when I was strong enough. The handles are easy to grip with a rubbery traction texture. My only complaints: the color differs from the product listing, and it arrived in a clear plastic bag with a shipping label. A little underwhelming packaging for a nearly $40 item. However, I'm not disappointed with its function or quality, so five stars!

Rubber non-slip grip handles are not as in the picture. More like slippery pvc pipe handle. But otherwise product looks tough.

Great product. Everything just as described.

This item is built well and can withstand high tension workouts. The Handle grips are superior to others, allowing a no slip grip when hands get sweaty. Item holds up well in all weather conditions.
