True to size. Although they're a little longer than I typically like, I have hopes that will help prevent chaffing on 20 miles runs. They're very comfortable and figuring flattering.

If you wear black underwear and don't bend over these shorts work well! There's no compression factor so be happy with the way you naturally jiggle.They are a good length covering the fatter part of the leg. Higher waist prevents any kind of plumber crack... but when you can see through the shorts when bending over does that really matter?

These shorts fit to a tee. Nice to wear out walking or just around the house, but don't sit on a scratchy surface, for they'll fray.

I used this for my zumba class. It kept on falling down while dancing. No support, I never used it again.
