Can anyone explain this product?

Well, that video shows just how effective this accessory is — i.e. not very. You basically end up doing exactly the same thing you would do without it, you just have a protruding tab to push the all the keys on one side out of the clip. If its purpose is to "quickly access certain keys you use often" then it fails at that task. If its purpose is to make it easier to extend all keys on one side out of the clip, it seems to succeed in that task. It would perhaps be more appropriately named "Accessible Key Tab" or "Easy Key Tab" as the video shows there's nothing particularly quick or selective about it, but it probably does make it easier to deploy the keys for those with accessibility issues. It pushes all the keys out, which you can then pick the one you want and push the others back in.
