101 ESL Activities: For Teenagers and Adults (Teaching ESL/EFL to Teenagers and Adults) Paperback – March 10, 2016

Another teacher loaned me this book to use in ESL, and now I am buying my own copy! Our group is sponsored by Literacy for Life, and we have found the activities in this book to be very enjoyable and a great way for students to get over being nervous about speaking English. They are also getting better acquainted with their tutors and the other students. Tutors and students alike have requested a weekly activity from this book!

I would only say that it was not so much helpful to me.

Pretty good book. Some of the activities are very simple, but hey, I bought it to get 101 ESL Activities and that's what I got.

I am an ESL coach in Colombia and have bought a few of Jackie Boen books.Mostly the dialogue and conversational books.I have found them very useful.I couldn't wait to get this one.It gives ideas but not an outline of the activities.Leaving most of the research for the teacher.If there is another book, with more elaborated class plans, it would be perfect.I cannot return, cause it's a bit complicated, where I live.Thank you.

The information with in the book is good, I was just disappointed by the lack of care lasting out the book. One game instruction starts at the bottom on one page when it should have started at the top of the next page. I bit more font management and location placement would have helped the overall look of the book.
