Have ordered this product many times. The gel caps are a bit large but not to bad to swallow,you can always open them and spread on a salad if you want.

I can only say that my combo of multi-vitamin, B-Complex and Omega-3 fish oil keeps my engine running for the day. The Omega-3 fish oil smells ever slightly, you almost have stick your nose in the jar and inhale for it to bother you.

DO NOT MAIL VITAMINS IN THE HEAT
Don't order you vitamins in the heat. And read your return policy. Money down the drain. Would not refund. had to be thrown out because they were melting capsules.
