This is a great looking watch with basic smart technology for those that care about that. The instruction manual, left a lot to be desired. Wish it was more complete and detailed. 4/5 for that reason, 5/5 for looks and quality.

It’s a decent Swiss made smart watch, the box did not come along with how to set it up, this is a newer model and the box manual did not instruct you to download the Apps, you can only set up this watch if you download the Apps. I had to check online Alpina website and that’s how I was able to set up the watch, also had to the cut short the rubber band to make it fit my wrist, no instructions on that either.

I think this is a great looking, very high quality watch. Very well made, good size face and comfortable to wear. I'm not impressed in the smart watch functionality of this. I did not read the description or look at the photos close enough, so I disappointed myself when it arrived. I'm used to wearing a full smart watch, with touch screen and all the functions of your smart phone. This is the most basic, designed for people who just want a little extra information on their regular watch. This will definitely be great for some.The smart screen is very small and basic, it looks like old digital watch text. It needs to come with better instructions. You use the 3 buttons on the side to navigate through the different information it provides, like altimeter, barometer, temperature (which only displays in Celsius), count down, timer, compass, etc. It's very small and not easy for me to understand. It alerts you to messages and calls and other apps but it just shows a count of how many you have "1 sms". No vibration. It can beep at you. For the price I really expected more.It does have pros, like the hands that move to let you be able to read the screen and sync with the time on your phone. Also, it doesn't have to be charged, that's great. It has a 2 year battery life. It looks fantastic. It was very easy to pair with my phone once you download their app. It's also boxed and presented very well.I'm sure this will make a lot of people happy, I just recommend reading the description carefully and photos. Make sure you know exactly what this does so you aren't bummed when it comes.
