We have not had a problem with it being sticky at all.

Q: Is it anti fingerprint? I used to own a silicone case and I hated it cause it got all sticky after a week of use

No fingerprints on mine. I've only used it for a couple of weeks and it has been great. I too owned one of the old silicone cases and this feel nothing like it.

Yes it fits the Xr. But you’ll get what you pay for.
