Perfect Dark Brown Shade – Highly Satisfied
A few days ago, I ordered three boxes of IBBA Dark Brown hair colour from Amazon for Rs. 424. However, when I received and opened the parcel, there was only one box inside. I immediately contacted customer care, and they resolved my issue promptly. I received a full refund of Rs. 424 and was also allowed to keep the one hair colour box for free. Still, I am disappointed because such a mistake should not happen again. moreover The Dark Brown hair colour is excellent in quality, and my father is completely satisfied with its ingredients.

Doesn't damage hair
Nice hair dye does not damage hair lasts very long giving 1 star less because it needs root touchup at different time intervals

Nice product
It's very good product and the product I received is nice and the one I was looking for I am restocking it. it's very good and works very nicely on your hair but the issue is I have ordered it on December 22nd and it was schedule to be delivered on around 28 or 29 December and when it was delivered I wasn't at my home so I checked it on January 2nd only to found out that I have received only one pack whereas I have ordered pack of 3 then I talked to customer care they were very supportive and they helped me in returning my order even after the time was over and I got my refund but then I ordered only pack of one so yeah it reached on time and they also set up an enquiry appointment for me so yeah it's a good product and nice customer care service
