It does support IR. It does not automatically switch to night mode. You have to switch it manually through the PC app.

Yes, it is possible, but not through the web interface. Download the ONVIF DEVICE Manager (Google it, it's from the ONVIF consortium, available on SourceForge). Select your camera. There are two profiles- one for the main stream (full-resolution) and one for the sub-stream (lower-resolution), you can set key-frames independently. I'd set my FPS to 10 to keep recording BlueIris recordings manageable, so setting "GOV" (their term for keyframe) to 25 worked to get rid of BI warning for me.

Q: Is it weather Proof (IP64)

Dear friend, this camera is indoor camera and it does not have weather proof function. If you want to use it outside, you need to cover something to protect it from water. Hope it can help you.
