Good support.
I bought this support sock to help with tendinitis in my Achilles. It has helped to alleviate the pain and provide support while my Achilles heals. The adjustable straps mean I can tailor the level of support to suit my needs. However I did have to rely on the pictures on Amazon for instructions as none came with the sock - it’s fairly simple though I have to say!
