The vitamins are outstanding. But you must take them correctly or they don't work. You Must take 4 a day, at least. 1 pill for every 50lbs of your weight. You MUST take them 11/2 to 2hours after you eat. Then wait at least 1/2 hour before eating anything. Thet relieve all kinds of joint pain for me. The reason I only gave this a 4 star rating is because of the 2 week delivery date. That is unacceptable. But I highly recommend.
