I really like this product which is full of nutrition and it really helps me to keep myself fit. This is a good & suitable product for those who wants omega 3. I have ordered it for 2nd time.There is a marked difference in the tiredness, I experienced in the past when I work out at the gym. i used maney supplements as i always need a multivitamnins and fishoil while searching i found this product and purchase it at very reasonable price i used it 6-7 days and belive me the quality of this product is much higher than i expect. tablets are easy to swallow.. no punched smell.. helps in joint pains and aches and hair related issues as it contains EPA and DHA with good amount of omega -3 fatty acids. Take it after a meal.recommend it to take on daily basis and u see a desirable change.
