Well packaged, very nice product, order options very good, promptly delivered, very good customer service. A little more detail in the instructions would help.

I bought a large motorized vertical sheer and was able to assemble and easily install. I love these sheers. They are better than the Luminette Sheers from Hunter Douglas (and cheaper). You can wash them and even go through them with no trouble. The instructions are sometimes cryptic but the customer support is awesome. I sent an email to [email protected] and got all my questions answered. Also, the packaging was wonderful and protected all components nicely. I highly recommend this product.

the Product is good and price is good too, but I was very confused about the install instruction. They shipped me about a month, then they told me that shipping was lost after passed by the delivery day. They replaced a new shipping to me after 4 days. Install instruction is very unclear, so it made the Amazon Customer service, my plumber and store sales were keeping going to call forward 3 or 4 time to discuss if the product was shipped the wrong , because my order is left side to open, but the product's instruction said the product is opening at the right. finally, they told me to switch the side to install to make left side to open.

These sheer vertical blinds are so much better than I was expecting. Easy to install if you take the time and unpack everything and look at instructions. Amazing quality and minimal re beautiful than I expected. We ordered the ivory striped and I’m so happy I did. Easy to connect with the app and Alexa. One pointer that I learned from reading all other reviews is asked for the installation video a few days before the blinds arrive so you have time to review it. We got it right first time out of the box. Definitely ordering the rest of my blinds from them.

Received blinds last week (came quickly, so appreciated), installed them today, only to find that the individual panes do not open up as advertised. Not sure if it's a faulty product. Installation was not too difficult and product was packaged nicely. Just really disappointed the blinds don't open up like the product description says. Contacted the company and waiting to hear back. Will update once I receive a reply. I hope it can be fixed because I really like the look of the blinds! ***UPDATE*** have been in constant contact with the seller and now pending delivery of a replacement track and motor for the blinds. Looking forward to receiving a functioning product! Will update once received! ***UPDATE*** Received the new track and motor last week, but for some reason, this track has more clips than the previous one. So now we need more vanes to fill in the entire track. So far motor and track seem to work well, just some gaps from the missing vanes. Company is aware and now awaiting shipment of thr vanes. I definitely appreciate how responsive the company is so far.

These blinds are great! We have a large double sliding door and one of things I love the most is the natural light we get. But I wanted to add some privacy. These blinds were the perfect solution! When the tilt is open the light come through beautifully but we have the privacy. Now let me tell you about the amazing customer service! We had an issue with the track and contacted customer service. They were super responsive and really tried to solve the issue over email sending us videos. When we exhausted our options and we couldn’t repair it ourselves they quickly send us a new track. The new track works great and we love our blinds. We also ordered order shangrila blinds from this company and are very happy with those as well. Thank you so much Graywind for your amazing customer service!

Okay where to start. First off installation could be confusing at first as the box supplied (4) brackets however the instructions only required "3", (all centered). I ended up using all 4 for that extra reassurance. I recommend testing the motor as soon as you unpackaged it so you don't have to worry about a DOA situation. Luckily I didn't run into this easy. INSTALLATION. Installation wasnt too difficult, find the height and separation of the 3 (or 4) brackets, level them and screw them into a stud OR use the supplied anchors. Once brackets are mounted, screw in the rail clips (4 supplied) using the screw/nuts supplied. Then clip on the railing. The curtain "vanes" were a little confusing at first as they have a 'A' and 'B' side. Turns out each vane will connect to two clip points. 'A' goes to #2clip, 'B' #1clip. Then add another Vane by sharing a 'B' side with the previous one 'A' #2clip. It clips onto it. APP SETUP I ended up using the Smart Life app as I had other devices already paired with it. It is almost 100% identical and every way to the Tuya app. You just select add (+), select small home appliance and look for the 'wifi' curtains. Now you need to put your curtains into pair mode by press the pair button "3" times, it will make a sound. Go back to the app and search for it, bam it's paired. If you have a supplied remote it worked out if the box for me, otherwise you can re-pair it by holding the button on the motor until it beeps. Click the "C" button on the back of the remote and a sound will emit stating it is paired. Issues I Encountered. The physical remote was working as intended however the close and open were reverse. I discovered that within the Smart Life/Tuya app there is a "reverse1/reverse2" feature, I clicked reverse2, then reverse1 and it somehow fixed the polarity (just keep trying). Overall it works great, you just need to put some time and effort into it and with a little adjustments it works nicely and blocks the sun pretty well. The vanes are made of thick durable cloth and csn be machine washed. Great price and product, I really recommend it.
