For me as official MikroTik Trainer , Cisco Trainer I’m continuously looking for anything new related to references, books and articles .Before two weeks I’m just purchased MTCSWE from Amazon which is book for MikroTik layer 2 devices, i read maybe two chapters within 5 minutes because really I’m enjoying with this book and contain very useful information.

The Stephen Discher and Tyler Hart books have been helpful but this one unravels much of the confusion that can arise in switch chip variations between MikroTik models and their implementation in RouterOS.

This book covers all that is needed for proper configuration

An excelent book covering Mikrotik switch technology.

Maher have wrote this book with great simplicity making easy to get the Mikrotik switching concepts and in the same time creating confidence for readers to apply the configurations in real life scenario.Using labs help a lot to absorb the theoretical concepts.

è sicuramente un buon testo scritto con le cose essenziali da sapere per l'esame. bisogna però fare prima MTCNA in modo da non farsi trovare impreparati. la cosa buona è che i labs sono tutti realizzabili facilmente con almeno 2 router board o gns. l'ideale è sempre partire con una base di conoscenze TCP/IP in quanto il corso è focalizzato non per approfondire ma per mettere in pratica le conoscenze sul brand avendo già una base di networking. consigliato soprattutto a chi ha già fatto MTCNA.

I didn't expext it so good! Very detailed book and it gives you all the steps to make your configurations and labs. Congrats Mr.Haddad!

I have bought and learned about Mikrotik from many of Mahar Haddad's online courses.This book is a great way of having to hand and on paper some of the most important techniques used in switching.The text is well-written and easy to follow with the clear colour screenshots.Definitely worth the money.

I have read the book, but it's mostly focused on starters with RouterOS Switching. If you have somewhat of an experience with the CRS-series switches the book doesn't provide much new information or interesting points. The labs require a quite specific hardware setup, which you might not have as well.
