I've been using this multivitamin now for about 2 months. I used to use Natural Vitality but it was out of stock everywhere so I bought this one. Glad I did! I have tons more energy and I feel good. Tastes great too! I like that it has organic folate from a natural source and NOT SYNTHETIC. I've been giving it to my son who has autism and has problems with B vitamins in general. They can cause behavioral issues. This vitamin has been great for him as well. Highly recommend!

I bought this for the whole family and everyone loved the taste. Liquid vitamins are the best as they are absorbed into the body the fastest.

If you enjoy peaches or apricots, then you will like the taste of this! I have tried many different liquid vitamins out there and most of them would gag when I had to swallow them. But not this one! I really look forward to taking these on a daily basis and keep them in the fridge with me at work. Just one tablespoon a day (after meal if you have sensitive stomach) and then you're done. I have learned that liquid vitamins are so much better for you and more easily absorbed whereas if you take vitamins in pill form, a very low percentage goes into your body. Also, be sure you take a good PROBIOTIC because otherwise your vitamins are useless. A healthy body equals a healthy gut, so start there first.

Love the vitamines ! Great taste ! Feeling a burst of energy . I have been searching for a while now , many of the liquid vitamines are very overpriced and taste horrible . I have a sensitive stomach and an autoimmune disorder . I can say I'm feeling more alive . Definitely, will reorder again .

Well, how does anyone ever really know about vitamins, short of before-and-after lab tests. This company has clean and simple presentation, clearly lists all the right things, such as "GMO Free" and "Made in USA," and the vitamins and minerals listed cover all the bases. Keep in the fridge, have a spoonful a day (to me it's absolutely delicious), and feel good about being good to yourself. I hope to take it forever.

This seems to be a great option for those of us who don't want folic acid or methylfolate and prefer a liquid. It does contain methyl B12, but a lower amount, so as someone who it sensitive to methylated vitamins I was still able to take it on an every other day basis. Love that it contains iodine, zinc, and minerals. It's more like a syrup consistency, but the flavor is nice and works well when mixed in with juice or applesauce. I happily took it for a few years, but unfortunately developed a new food intolerance and am unable to to use it at the moment. If new products are ever being considered, I'd love to see a stripped down version that doesn't contain the added fruit and vegetable blend.
