I’ve been ordering this food for my dog for some time now, and she absolutely loves it. I rotate between the lamb, beef, and pork varieties and have been very happy with the quality and the packaging. My dog does great on it—no digestion issues at all (healthy poop!). I mix it with some dry food from Vital (rabbit, beef and liver), and it works really well. Highly recommend this product.

So freash..homemade goodness for my pooch! My dog is very picky..she loves this food. She's also on a limited ingredient dry kibble so we use the pork pot roast for a topper. She will be trying the salmon as soon as it arrives.

My dog loves this food. I mix it with a dry kibble. And it smells okay. She’s been on it for at least 6 months. No excessive shedding or shi-pooping. Dog is a 1 year old hairy Corgi.

My dog really likes the Wallys salmon and rice food. It does work for him and he can digest it and not have any problems. He is part greyhound and seems to be allergic and sensitive to many other brands.

My 14 year old Shih Tzu has been slowly losing teeth over the last few years and finally to a point that kibble has become too difficult to eat. I had already been thinking about changing him to a human grade food but his teeth forced me to make the leap. I was worried about the digestive problems of changing his food so I started by slowly mixing the wet food in with his dry food, which also made the kibble easier for him to eat. Ultimately, he has had zero digestive issues with this food and he loves the taste. He looks forward to eating again! I will continue mixing his dry food in for now as long as he can tolerate it. Then I will have him on just this. Since it is much more costly than kibble, mixing it while I still can will help stretch this food out a bit longer and save the wallet a bit. The food is made from quality ingredients you can see and while I probably would not stick a fork in and try myself, you could!

I love love love this food! My dogs (one mini pin and one American bulldog) eat kibble but I do use toppings and mostly I was making my own chicken or beef for them. This is not always convenient so I began to search for a healthy option for my boys and came across this brand. There’s a variety of flavors and my dogs love them all! (Only one we haven’t tried is the lamb but I’m sure that’s going to be a hit as well.) I love that the variety keeps them from getting bored with their diet. For us this food is affordable to use as a topping or mix-in. I love the minimal ingredients and no fillers or chemicals. This brand is now a regular staple in our household and I’m so thrilled that I came across it! Initially I ordered directly from the company but I live far away from Portland so the shipping was a little slow, so I’m super happy that I can get it through Amazon. Also it’s shelf stable until opened so that’s also super convenient. One final comment … Stand back and let the feeding frenzy begin LOL!!

My picky eater will eat this. I appreciate the simple ingredients, however my dog has had non stop diarrhea while eating this topper so I had to discontinue use. Not worth the price point.

Our German Shepherd (GSD) looks forward to eating Portland Fresh Dog food. The pouches make it easy to feed to our GSD, particularly when we travel. The pouches are healthy with human grade quality food.

The food seems very good in terms of ingredients but my 4m old puppy got ill when she tried the chicken meal. She vomited and started a diaria with blood on the stool. I will wait a while until i consider again
