Q: Where can I get the Owner's manual?

I do not believe there is one. When my Misen stainless was delivered, I found no literature at all in the box, not a shred of paper, nothing about maximum heat, etc., or about cleaning advice. I contacted the company and their brief response, not helpful, was that there was no brochure included. At the time I found something online about care, but it was not easy to find it, and cannot quite find it now. I suggested to Misen it would be good to have a brochure (that can be kept) rather than any website guidance that of course can change as products change. My suggestion was listened to but I had a sense it was considered pesky. The pan is good, but I have not been impressed with Misen customer service. My best advice, middling advice, is to check for the All-Clad (the big competitor) YouTube videos that give great information on using pans, maintaining, cleaning stainless pans like the Misen. Yet since the specifications with Misen and All-Clad are different (and All-Clad more expensive) there is some risk involved in using 5-ply Misen as one might use 3-ply All-Clad (where, I might guess the plys are thicker). The lack of a brochure, etc., is an omission with Misen.

Q: Can you use this on any heating surface?

Yes, gas or electric burners, or glass cooktop. All are fine.

Q: does eggs stick to the skillet?

I am careful about 'seasoning' the skillet each time I use it. I know! I know! You shouldn't have to season it because it's stainless but it does help to keep foods from sticking. I place a teaspoon of water in the hot pan. When it sizzles and evaporates, I add a small amount of oil and wipe the cooking surface. It is not perfect, but I like the Misen better than so-called non-stick pans.

Great quality, reasonable price.

Strong and sturdy with it's own kind of beauty. This is a very capable pan, particularly for the money. If you're looking for a high quality pan with even heat distribution but aren't ready to pay the high-end prices then this is hard to beat

arrived with an uneven bottom, gotta no replace option. So have to return it an buy a new one. But the newly purchased one raised its price from 95.56 to 95.96

Good Pan Read How to Use It

Good pan, but I would say read a bit how to use it properly before your first menu! There are plenty of YouTube videos, and that will help you to keep it in good condition and clean. As well, make sure you don't over heat the stove, so it maintains its flat shape and doesn't bulge underneath. Overall, very good product.
