Used Daily to Help Put Calcium into Bones and not in Arteries
I was very skeptical that this would move calcium deposits from the arteries and back into the bones where it belonged. After watching many different YouTube videos I figured I would give this a try for better health. After taking for about a half year I asked my doctor for a referral for a calcium scan. I obtained the referral and got the scan. Calcium buildup is a common problem as people get older and my family has a history. After being tested, using this vitamin K2 for half a year first, my results showed that I had no calcium deposits in my arteries. Not sure if this did what it claimed, to move from arteries into bones, but I'm keeping the daily 1 pill regiment. PROS: - Studies say it moves calcium from arteries back to bones - After taking for 6 months my calcium scan show arteries are clear (family history issue) CONS: - Price could be cheaper but then again I want quality ingredients to stay good
