I bought this soap because I have a skin disease. I was told that activated charcoal soap may help. So I bought some. It took me quite some time to decide on what scent to get, they have three different fragrance soaps, that were all appealing to me. Defy, is a Sandalwood scent that smells very amazing. I was way too excited to receive this soap. I used it in my shower today, and immediately I noticed my skin feels so soft. I have tried doctor Sasquatch products and this soap made my skin softer. I am excited to see if it helps clear up my flare of my skin disease. I also felt exceptionally clean afterwards. The soap itself Suds up really well, I use a knit pouch to keep my soap in and to help it Suds up. This just smells amazing and it's so good for my skin. I will update if it helps my skin condition. I suffer from HS for context. If you know you know. UPDATE: My skin disease has shown signs of improvement. I haven't had a large sore since using this soap. It made the small bumps pop faster when those did show up. I had a nasty one that has decreased in size. The activated charcoal really helped my skin so much! And you can use this even if you do not have a skin disease, it's just really softening soap.

After years of body wash I switched to bar soap and could NOT be happier! The scent on all of the AOS soaps is great, and it doesn't disappear as the bar gets smaller. I've got dry skin and minor psoriasis (inner elbows). This soap cleanses my skin and leaves it soft/smooth. Plus the scent has staying power! It's not overpowering but it definitely lasts, and it somehow doesn't bother my psoriasis. I'm a lifelong buyer, and my wife is big fan.

I bought this as a test to see if it was a product I would like. I have been pleasantly surprised. The bar is on the small side, I'm used to Duke Cannon so that's not even a fair comparison. However, the bar holds up well, lathers quickly and effectively. The sent is pleasant, clean without smelling too musky or leaving you smelling like a jr. high schooling goin to the spring dance. After a shower I would say that it wasn't very moisturizing, but I'm not really looking for that I want clean and all the oils, pollens and dirt gone and I get that with this soap.

Wasn't sure if I would like the fragrance or not based on the reviews but, everything is subjective. The fragrance is nice and Not overwhelming to me. It smells stronger when your washing with it but it doesn't have that strong "soapy smell" that lingers. It seems to dissipate but not disappear. I can still smell it lightly when I smell my hands. Very nice. You get 2 bars for the price so that's a blessing. I use it primarily as a facial soap. It lathers well and leaves my skin feeling clean and fresh. I'll definitely be trying other scents in the future.

Ok, first, yes this soap is not going to lather like the big boys… But that doesn't mean it isn’t cleansing. Since switching to this soap several years ago, I feel clean, my wife and female friends comment (positively) on the sent, and I have not had any Acne issues since switching. Pros: 1. Scent is light and lasting (too many mens products are going heavy handed with the smells) 2. Cleans great 3. Each bar last about two weeks and doesn't turn to mush. I shower one to two times a day depending on workout schedule. Cons: 1. Hard to find - please increase production we are waiting to buy

Not sure what the fragrance really is, but it doesn't smell anything like eucalyptus, and can't smell any tea tree oil either. It's not a horrible scent, but there's nothing sporty or refreshing or invigorating about it, and once you're out of the shower you can barely smell any fragrance at all. It's also described as having a "rich, hydrating lather." It doesn't really lather much at all. I feel kind of foolish having spent this much money on a couple little bars of soap. I guess I'll try to use them up, but I won't buy this or any AOS product again.

I just had the chance to try out the new AOS Sport Body Bar Soap after taking my daily run this week. I was really happy with the scent of the soap. Upon use, it doesn't leave my skin dry and it does a great job moisturizing my skin after use. I'm glad I ordered a few of these because I can also use them for hand soap as well and one for the bath soap. All in all, I'll be getting more of these in the future. I highly recommend this item for anyone looking to get soap.

I saw the reviews and was skeptical, but for the price, I figured it was worth the try. For soap... it works great. If you are looking for some type of great smelling soap, this is not for you, doesn't smell bad, just has ZERO residual odor (which I think is actually a plus).

I first found the product at Target only I bought the body wash not the bars of soap. I knew nothing about AOS, just randomly purchased for my teenage boys for Xmas. It turned out to be the hit of all the presents they received. When I returned to the US months later it was not stocked anywhere. The only place I could find it was at Dick’s Sporting - 4 states over from where I was! It’s available for purchase on Amazon, just not CANADA Amazon. The only option for Canadian shoppers are the bars of soap. The price was a bit much and I only bought them once because of that. Too bad because the product is stellar. The lather is unreal and no film or dry skin feeling. What is really nice are the scents. Not over powering just subtle and like how expensive cologne smells. Hoping Amazon Canada offers the body wash for purchase.

Very good scent. And the best part is they dont run out after every use like the other soaps. Think it is because it is made out of charcoal. Never tried these before so didnt know what to expect. But pleasently surprised that I like to use them now. Have enough to last for awhile.

Smells good. Leaves you feeling quite dry. But very clean. Love a good charcoal soap. It’s a bit pricey but does the job.

I like to smell and clean feeling this soap gives you. I dislike the size of the bar as it’s small. Value wise it’s too expensive imo. Probably will not purchase again due to value for the money.
