Awful customer service! Product was rough and cheap! The item listed had offered refund options however when I requested a refund or return I was told that item does not qualify for any refund going against what was described. I feel that once the seller received my money they had no care for the customer whatsoever I gave them every opportunity to make it right However they refused and disregarded my claim.I wouldn’t dare to let my child have any of this sells products
