Perfect for loosing weight. It really cause you to sweat your stomach area when doing a good workout. I purchased this item for my husband and it really works. It fits him perfectly. I went off the suggested size chart. The only thing I didn’t like about it was the smell when it arrived. You definitely going to want to wash it immediately. I guess due to the material and since it was shipped in this hot heat it’s guaranteed to have a certain smell.
