As a gamer, I got this to share with people just getting into the hobby. I found it really captured the feeling of Pandemic well while also being simpler to understand and play. Turns the slightly dated gameplay of Pandemic into a real sweet spot of being quick and easy to bring to the table. Only slight downside is there are only four character cards to go with the four player count, so the variability on those deals is very limited. But you can combine this with the characters from Hot Zone North America to expand on that.

I actually purchased this thinking it was an expansion of the full-size game. It is stand alone game focused on just Europe. It's super fun to play, and the play time is shorter than the full version. Happy mistake.

This game plays quicker than traditional Pandemic and would be a great introduction to cooperative games and entry point into hobby (rather than classic/family) games! Great components, speedy pace, and variety in difficulty with mutations!

We have the original pandemic game. At first. This one look like it was going to be challenging with the addition of mutations, but really we were able to beat the game immediately, even using nine mutations. Way too easy if you've already played the original.

The original Pandemic (and the many classic expansions that have followed) is like a movie. The Hot Zone series delivers the same fun and flavor but comparitively resembles the brevity of a TV show. Though easier to win than it's big brother, any Pandemic fan or board game collector should be happy with the punch that this little box packs.

We’ll yes the instructions need a bit of decoding but, it just added to the enjoyment of the evening. It’s a good quality set which we will definitely be playing again. It’s small enough to take on holiday as well.

So, I'm THAT guy - who goes to a restaurant with a friend or two and plays a board game. AND, I love the Pandemic games (especially for the past couple of years - seems too ironic NOT to play Pandemic!). This is a great introduction to Pandemic if you're new to them, and it can be a fairly challenging, but quick, cooperative game. Especially if you like Pandemic and want something quick - you won't go wrong with this one. PS - North America is also good! 😉

the game itself is wonderful and fantastic, but unfortunately you can't play with 5 players, even though the description indicated 2-5 players

However, I noticed that the game can be a bit complex to master initially, but once you get the hang of it, it's a thrilling ride. Despite this, the game is an excellent addition to any board game collection, especially for those who enjoy strategic and cooperative gameplay.

The game is just too easy and fast... Sounded promising, but you can finish it under 15 minutes, and it's just too easy. The rules look complicated, but once you get it, every game looks the same Major disappointed, maybe the "world" pandemic is more fun, but this one is pass
