Approximately how long will these last for continuous outdoor use?

They seem to be pretty durable but they leak like a sieve and sand will get everywhere. What I do is put the sand first in a plastic bag and then use these burlap bags as a secondary cover bag OVER the plastic bag (HD Sandbags 4000 UV HR 14x26 Polypropylene with Ties (10, White) — The Sandbag Store).
