I love this classic white Ghirardelli frappe mix. I use it everyday to make my caramel frappes & it’s so good! Had no flaws. Last one had a big dent in it but this one was perfect! I definitely recommend this for making coffees. SO GOOD!!

This is the MOST amazing white chocolate flavor. It's delicious warm ~ Like a white hot chocolate, It's also good cold just mixed in milk or with protein powder and coconut water for a morning smoothie. We've also used it with ice cream to make a milkshake ~ Super versatile and very good. It's sold out often so maybe that's why it's so expensive. Pricey and sold out a lot are the downsides. But Flavor can't be beat. And it is NOT artificial flavor. Which is why we purchased it.Definitely recommend it. If you like white chocolate, you won't be disappointed.

Truthfully, we LOVE this powder. BUT.... we hate the hydrogenated oil. We are constantly trying to find a replacement. I wish they'd take that out.Updated October 2017: As much as I hate the trans fats, my husband loves this stuff. So I caved and finally ordered another can. I was surprised to see that the ingredients actually are different (though I notice the picture here on Amazon still shows hydrogenated oil). There are no longer trans fats. This may sound like a petty thing since this has 33g of sugar per serving, but we actually only use 1/16 of a cup, so 1/4 of the 1/4 cup serving (so roughly 8g sugar), due to the sugar and it still adds great flavor to the beverage. The trans fats I don't like because, yes the sugar is bad but in moderation isn't awful IMO, but the trans fats aren't good at all....and there is no moderation for those.The way we make our drinks with this is about 2-3 shots of our favorite espresso, a splash of milk, 1/16 cup of this powder (the measuring cup that come with it shows 1/8 and we do half of that), plus about 6-8 ice cubes. We blend this, and it's delicious!

This is like heaven! It is the smoothest hot chocolate drink we have ever had. The order took awhile, but it was worth it! Love this stuff!!

It tastes fine, but I’ve always gotten the ground white chocolate or white chocolate flavored powder from Ghirardelli – I don’t know why, but this stuff doesn’t seem to mix as well with my coffee. If I let it sit for half an hour or so, I look at the mug and it almost looks like it didn’t mix properly even though it blended one hot. I’m going back to the other varieties. I had a subscription delivery for the ground white chocolate in the same size and it appears it’s no longer available.
